We operate 350 buses daily and travel 19,240 miles each day.

Procedures for School Closings/Delays

  • Tune in to WTNH or WTNH.com for the latest closings and delays.
  • If New Haven Interdistrict Magnet Schools are open and your town’s school district has closed, NO AM TRANSPORTATION to New Haven from your town will be provided.
  • If New Haven Interdistrict Magnet Schools are on a delay, then there is a delay to New Haven-based on the New Haven delay time.  If there is a discrepancy between New Haven and your town’s delay time, New Haven’s delay time will prevail.
  • If New Haven Interdistrict Magnet Schools are not on a delay and your town is delayed, NO AM TRANSPORTATION will be provided on that day for that town.
