James Hillhouse High School

We are Hillhouse High School where we aim to cultivate great contributors to the community.
We are a comprehensive high school. We are energized and deeply committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our scholars. Our signature offering is the Pre-AP Summit Program, which seeks to engage students in a program of study that leads them to success in their courses and prepares them for their post-secondary studies and beyond. The Summit Program cultivates learning in the 9th grade and works to prepare our students for future academic success.

How to know our school is right for your child:

  • You thrive on being a part of a larger community where you can be a leader, an academic, and an athlete!
  • You are interested in being a part of our Pre-AP and AP program and want college-level courses and credits to prepare you for your future path.
  • You are interested in taking challenging Pre-AP and AP coursework.
